I love these and they are sturdy wood! The yarn glides over them but not that good. You need to push it along, unlike the metal needles. There are no digs in these to snag your yarn! unlike cheaper brands! They are worth EVERY penny of the cost! The tips are more pointed then some wooden needles I've used. But not overly pointed. They are light in the hand to use and not heavy needles. IF the yarn glided so I didn't need to push it along, I'd have given these a 5 star rating...…….I am happy w/this purchase and would purchase more in other sizes if I needed them.

Same as the other I rated. Tips are not overly pointed. They are light in the hand to hold. The wood is smooth and does not snag your yarn. I like the ends of these needles! Gives them some depth and are a pretty made needle. You do need to push your yarn along. The yarn glides but does need to be pushed along. I am happy w/this purchase and would purchase more in other sizes as I need them!

Excellent quality, good price I have placed another order for a different size of these sturdy smooth needles. I find that Brittany Birch needles are the best wooden knitting needles to use

I like these needle very much. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis they are warm to the touch and kinder to my hands enabling me to still knit. I can no longer knit on metal needles

Wooden so warm to hold. Light so work in progress is not made heavier, Carved heads make the look very professional. Stitches slide easily during work, so enabling quicker growth of work.Unlike bamboo type needle these neither split nor break easily ( so annoying when in use). Love them. I intend to have my knitting pin case with a full set of these pins, I like using them so much.

Lovely light and smooth, wonderful to use. My knitting is smoother, had to use them straight away and there is a difference between the two sleeves. Added pleasure to my knitting!

These are the perfect size for baby garments and fir use when out and about. Lovely smooth birch which allows the yarn to glide over them very pleased with the purchase
