Welcome to Cumbria - the first of Maries books to include menswear! The collection is largely inspired by Eastern European folk art and Far East textile and carpet design along with mixtures of more traditional motifs. The textured stitch designs are inspired by traditional twisted stitches and cables. All the flat knitted designs can be knitted in the round with the addition of steek stitches.
