I'm very happy with the way my jumper turned out. The yarn felt nice to knit with and it's comfortable to wear. The speckled colouring of the yarn creates a very pleasing grey colour effect when knitted up. Making it so much more interesting than a flat grey. The pattern I used was simple and plain but I think the yarn brought quality to the finished piece.

I love this wool. It is the colour of the autumn hillside here in Rannoch. Very prompt delivery. Thank you.

I adore this yarn, both to admire and to knit with. I bought 2 skeins of West Yorkshire Spinner Croft Shetland Tweed in color mossbank some where and later decided I needed a tunic sweater for an upcoming trip to the UK (after 2 years of Covid absence). This gorgeous yarn, for me, is Scotland- the peat fields, lichen, Trotternish ridge. I am going to step up the pace to have this done in time, but it will surely be my favorite for cold autumn/winter days.

I love working with this yarn. It is substantial but soft and the stitch definition for Aran patterns is superb. I have just completed a sweater for my husband, which has an Aran panel on the front while the back and sleeves are plain stocking stitch. I have also made two cushion covers in this yarn, each with a different Aran pattern. And finally, I have just started to make myself a neck warmer with leftover wool - a work in progress!

Wool is excellent quality. No knots in any of the hanks. Each hank goes a long way. Colours beautiful. Knitted the jumper in 3 different colours
Although quite expensive, I would use this again.

This yarn is an absolute brilliant yarn for doing cable work. Soft to touch and wear. 762 Clousta colour is awsome.

This is a fabulous yarn to use. Produced by my 'go to' business for yarn. Wool from Shetland, spun in Yorkshire. What more could you want?

After knitting a jumper for my husband using West Yorkdhire Spinners The Croft Aran, I decided to knit a cardigan for myself using another pattern from their Shetland Tweed pattern book. Seafield is a rich teal colour, soft and easy to knit. I'm very pleased with the outcome!

The background of the moss color with the speckles of orange and cobalt blue make this a very fun yarn and versatile for wearing with many different colors. I washed the yarn in Eucalen and it was soft yet had strength and did not lose shape.
